Meravyel watched over the Glade from high atop the Order's tower. Rellah, along with a vast majority of those she encountered regularly, had been despondent. While Rellah attempted to keep up appearances, something distracted her. Meravyel knew well what the cause was, and she believed she knew best how to handle it. However, Azeron had gone 'missing' (Meravyel wasn't concerned - Azeron was a solitary man when he had things on his mind) and she couldn't get the "go ahead" to deal with the problem as she saw fit. Still... something had to be done. Slipping into a nearby shadow, and thusly into the border between this plane and that of Shadow, Meravyel traversed the village unseen. Her vision was not so clear as it would be, were she fully on the Prime Material, and this was a detriment, to be sure. Buildings loomed before her, dark mountains of blurry substance. People were little more that wisps of smoke, identifiable only by the imprint of their shadows. Their shadows were more solid to Meravyel than their physical forms, while she traveled the between spaces.
She rounded the corner of the Silver Arrow just as Rellah set out into the trees. Meravyel traveled just close enough in the Shadow border to assure she could keep an eye on Rellah as she followed the elfmaid. An air that Meravyel couldn't quite name had hung around the girl for some time, and something was amiss. Meravyel would not be letting any harm befall her.
Meravyel tracked Rellah a fair distance - by her estimation, they should be nearing the Crypts soon - but could not begin to imagine where the arwen was going...
