Nice story Calista, but sure made me wonder if no suddenly does not mean no anymore?

It all reminds me of a time, when women meant yes when they said no and yes when they said yes which was of course easy to understand. Everything meant yes. So back then you simply did what you wanted to and overheard what they said. It all meant yes anyway. Well, when I look back upon that time it actually feels sad in a way, since you never could really talk to women. They would always agree to what you said and if they did not agree you never knew.

Well, I do remember this time where the word "yes" was said through tears. A sad tale indeed, which I do not wish to re-live ever again. I have come to think that tears of our loved ones is the price of undermining the language. Indeed if our words are not yes, yes and no, no, then we are on our way down the wrong path.

That is as far as I see it anyway. But nice tale Calista. It sure made me think for a while and remember the past.
