Please, a question about your Inn (Or Out, as it were)

(All right, it may be a technical difficulty, but I still want to know what's going on.)

Falia scrambled one branch higher in the tree and took out a piece of parchment. "I wonder if it really matters that much?" she muttered. Then she scowled at a nearby giant spider and began to write.

Dear -scribble, scribble.
To whom it may concern,
I have stayed in The Silver Arrow inn, as have my brothers, only to be kicked out at some point in the night. When, we can only guess, and we cannot begin to imagine why.
This has only affected me once, when, while I was still waking up (While the game loaded) I happened to materialize directly before a giant spider. Needless to say, it promptly attacked me.
I do not intend to rejoin you soon, for reasons out of my control, but before I return I would appreciate it if someone would tell me why this occurs, if not put a stop to it altogether.

"Dulin!" Falia looked down at her brother. she dropped the parchment on his head and stared at him a second. "Oh, Birdie!"
Alberto stood and muttered, catching the letter as it fell off of his head, and ran off to deliver. Falia leaned back in the tree, about to take a nap, before she heard a voice and saw grey letters:
You have been ejected from this tree!
She merely muttered "Oh, no, not again" as the spider came running over.
