I was at the meeting to discuss this. I know the story. I have done my research. No one has come to us asking for aid. So we wait. If we choose to act we will. So my dear friend, I am not embarassed by my response to a blatant threat. As you may remember, I don't respond well to threats from bullies.

I hardly think I would put him in the same company as those who threatened us, so I don't know why he would be treated rudely.

Can it be that you have taken offense at my response to these creatures? Perhaps then you should know that many of us hold orks, drow, and evil edain in contempt. You are a very dear friend, but my feelings toward these creatures is deep-rooted and you will not change it.

Still, it was nice to hear from you again. Thank you for your concern. I hope we can get together soon over a glass of fey and laugh at these problems.
