The dungeon spawns are quite a challenge for a group consisting of some who may have never been on this sort of hunt. The New Lands spawns are much more open and less attractive to killers. Plus there isn't as much of a "native population" of monsters to deal with in getting there.

I've not been there yet, but the Terra Sanctum spawn is potentially the best for a new crew. It is ONLY accessible by boat (no recalling or gating), which makes it very attractive if you want be alone. Many players don't even know how to use a ship, much less want to bother to take the time to sail over there on the off chance that a group might be over there to harrass. It's just not worth the bother to them (or at least logic would dictate).

If the spawn isn't active, it could be arranged for someone with enough Valor to start it up.
