About champion spawns

Alright.. I attempted to lead the scheduled champion spawn to no avail.
In order for something like this to work listening and teamwork is required. Both which were lacking tonight. I know I am not a good leader for things like this, but I almost know that alot were not following instructions. :P
It started out fine, but when we got to the actual dungeons.. I would direct people to take the right portal and some would take left. Et cetra until most of the party was killed off due to the lack of listening skills. The party being killed off was also due to my poor choice of entry into the Terrathan keep.. While Fire is an easy entrance.. Most weren't fast enough to escape the ancient wyrm and its subordinates.
We waited the twenty minutes to renter. This time we were going to take the easiest route: Despise into Terrathan Keep. We had to fight through a wall of ettins, in which we lost a party member or two.. Then when the remaining party got through we were attacked by 3 pks.. Paul and I tried to kill them, but 2v3 isn't very good odds when they're crosshealing. As for the party, most of them stood there and watched. We both died.
I admit, I have a very short temper, hence why I'm not a good leader. However, this all could have been avoided with teamwork and listening...
I may try another champion run at the end of the week, however. It is IMPERATIVE that those who wish to come along be able to work as a team, stick together, and listen. No offense to anyone, but this kind of thing will NOT work without this.
