This is going to be my final post on the subject, and I'm not here to flame anyone, or hurl insults, or call anyone names, or point fingers at individuals.

Just to state this:

Many people are looking past the fact that Coby was warned not to enter, before he even had the opportunity to harrass, or breach the peace, or otherwise disrupt something.

How can someone be accused of breaching the peace, when they haven't said a single word, and barely even taken three steps towards the door?

Yes, Coby wasn't literraly banned from the building, because he was told he wasn't welcome, and he was smart enough not to step onto the steps or inside.

As for the Sit-In outside, that event happened AFTER his warning...if he's gonna be accused and punished of disrupting the event, he might as well do the crime!

Coby stepped through the moongate, took a few steps away from it, and was told not to Enter. -- How is that disturbing the public?

In all the time that I've seen Coby inside the Arrow, he's always been respectfull to the building's rules, and to the elves around him. Sure, he's done some underhanded deeds in the past, but nothing serious at the Arrow. Yes, he's been cocky, maybe arrogant, and sometimes abraisive...but that's his character.

Now, had Coby wandered in drunk, slurring insults, and interrupting with the bardic contest, then I probably woulda been glad to see him leave, myself...if not personally asking him to go.

And yes, this can all be refuted by saying that you don't allow "evils" or "enemies" into your village. If your definition of an "enemy" is one who disturbs, harrasses, or otherwise makes the elves uncomfortable, I can't see Coby fitting that profile. To a certain select elves? yes...to the village as a whole? nope.

Several of you have hinted that the reason he was warned was because of this disturbing the peace, which I cannot see possible.
Others have different reasons, some of which blend OOC/IC actions, and you all already know my thoughts on that, so I'm not gonna ramble on any longer.

All I can say is you're losing one hell of a roleplayer.

Take care everyone, Farewell, Naamarie, however you want to say it.
