What's New
A Stroll by the Bank
by Songreiver (30 Nov, 1997) A Stroll by the Bank by Songreiver

As I strolled through Britain,
taking in the sites.
I happened by the bank,
and witnessed many fights.

A human in plate armor,
beat his mace on someone's head.
I had to take him by the shoulder,
and say, "Stop man he's quite dead!"

And by a tree stood a dragon,
looking vaguely smug.
It seems a newbie attacked him,
and was eaten like a bug.

Atop the war-torn bank,
another battle raged.
As a tailor with needle in hand,
attacked a grinning mage.

You may ask, "Where were you?",
or "What was it that you did?"
And I will say without missing a beat,
that I bravely hid.

The moral of this story,
should be clear without a doubt.
Avoid the 1st Bank of Britain,
just find another route!
