Does it make me who I am?
Can I be what I want with it?

Does it make you like me less or more?
Can you still see me with it?
Will you hear my thoughts thru it?

Are you put off by it?
See me for what I am..
And not by my skin tone..

Are you ever lonely with friends?
Do you think of others?
Or are you the center of all?

Can you stay in the background?
And not make a fuss?
Will you listen to the sound of the breeze?

Do you listen?
Can you see?
Are you willing to feel?

Suppose that I trust you..
Will you hurt me?
Can you give back what you take?

What do you see off in the horizon?
Is it bout wonders?
Or is it bout lost dreams?

Have you ever walked in the rain?
Did you feel it?
Can you believe in the unseen?

Will you share my pain?
Can I share yours?
Or will you hide it?

Do you laugh?
At others expense?
Shall you dream for others?

So where is this going?
Does it really matter?
Or will it ever end?
