Chasing the Wind by Tizer (01 Jan, 1997)
Chasing the Wind by Tizer
How elusive you are, blowing through the trees.
Bouncing to and fro among the boughs, your eye gleaming.
You watch me from the canopies above, yet I never see you.
I turn my head behind and you come close.
The sensation of your cool breath upon my neck lingers.
When I look ahead you are gone.
Again my head turns to search for you.
I hear your soothing voice in my ear.
Alas when I search you are not to be found.
The leaves cease to rustle and the branches cease to sway.
There will be other evenings, dear Breeze. Prev Book | Prev Page | Next Page | Next Book Table of Contents
