A letter, concerning orcs, left in the Silver Arrow

I believe that perhaps some agent of evil (Minax?) may be behind this. Using their servants, with the aid of the Masks of Orcish Kin, to 'organise' the orcs against the ourselves and Britannia. I believe that the orcs are mustering for a mass invasion of Sosaria. The Orc Scouts only make me more certain - why else would the orcs train archers?
