Lennux opened a portal, with his great magical and spiritual abilities. The portal was a deep dark green, and the middle glowed with a golden color. Lennux nodded to himself, and walked into the portal. The portal quickly brought Lennux to Kalina, where Thalen lived. As he entered, he saw a female elf picking apples from a tree with a basket in her hand. The basket was obviously well used, and it was decorated beautifully.

The female elf had a leather bustier, and it looked new. Her thighboots were a dark green color, and the bottom half looked worn. She looked at Lennux and became frightened. She ran as fast as she could through the wilderness, dodging the trees. Lennux sighed, and walked, not at all chasing the female. Lennux finally made his way to a small town, it was on a mountain. He walked up the narrow road, and saw numerous large buildings.

Lennux looked around the busy and crowded town. He walked up to the male elf in front of him.
"Can ye tell me where Thalen Lunefire is?" Lennux asked the male.
"Uma, he is in The Temple," the male elf replied, and pointed.
"Thank ye," Lennux replied, and bowed to him. He made his way to the large building, and knocked on the door. The door opened slowly, and Thalen was holding the door open.

The two stole glances for awhile, and finally Thalen greeted him.
"Vedui'" Thalen said.
"Vedui'" Lennux said. Suddenly, both leaped out to hug each other, and Lennux patted him on the back.
"So, how have ye been?" Thalen said, while walking towards his back room, digging for soemthing. He tossed an apple to Lennux, Lennux caught it. He took a small bite, and then a large one.
"I have been fine, except-" Lennux said, being cut off by Thalen.
"Great! Why did ye come here?" Thalen asked.

Lennux looked to the floor, and began to feel sorrow.
"Your brother... He's.. dead" Lennux said, with much pausing. Thalen looked to the floor, and fell to his knee's.
"He was only a young elf! Why not take me!?" Thalen yelled out.
"He didn't die of anything like that... He was... murdered," Lennux said. Thalen arose to his feet, and looked at Lennux's face.

Lennux nodded, and turned his back, and began to speak.
"I saw him travelling in the Trinsic Swamps..." Lennux said, hiding his sorrow.
"He was travelling alone, and he told me he was going to Trinsic," Lennux said, sighing.
"When we were going, we felt as if someone was following us, we never stopped. Magma climbed up on a cliff for fun, when he was hit by a sword across his face, and he fell to the ground. He hit his head on a rock..." Lennux said, in a small voice.
"It was a warrior, he carried a battle axe and viking sword. Magma got up, and tried to run down, but the warrior flipped in front of him. The warrior stabbed Magma in the chest with his viking sword, and slowly pulled it out. Magma collapsed to the ground. The warrior picked Magma up by his hair, and brought Magma to his feet. The warrior unsnapped Magma's bracelet, and dropped it in his pouch attached to his armor. The warrior then made a evil laugh, and brought his sword to his left side. And brought it at a very fast speed to Magma's neck..." Lennux said.

Lennux looked to the floor.
"Magma's head landed near me..." Lennux said.
"I got up, and stabbed the warrior in the back, but he hit my sword with his battle axe, but I fell back and went down the mountain, and hit my head on a boulder." Lennux said, and looked to Thalen. Thalen blinked and asked, "Who was this warrior?".
Lennux shrugged.
"He obviously wanted Magma's bracelet," Lennux added.
"Ahh, the family bracelet? It was blessed by our father, and it has a special diamond in it," Thalen said.

Lennux nodded. "Ye must come to Sosaria with me, to find your brother's killer," Lennux said, in a small voice. Thalen shook his head.
"Non-sense. I am staying here. To much violence in Sosaria," Thalen said.
"Ye will come if ye like it or not, your brother is dead..." Lennux said, sternly.

Thalen sighed, and nodded. "Let me get my things, and say farewell to my friends." Thalen said. Lennux nodded, and walked out. Thalen began gathering his supplies. Lennux went to the tavern, and began eating some breakfast food. It was still early, around seven o'clock. Thalen came to him at nearly eight, and asked if they were going. They walked through he wilderness, not speaking to each other. Lennux opened the same moongate, and they were just outside of Vesper. Thalen sighed, and walked to the nearest inn for a room.

Thalen sighed, and Lennux told him Tel'Ruid was the only elf town. Thalen asked for direction, and Lennux told him. Thalen went to Tel'Ruid at nine o'clock in the morning.
