Britannian Archaeological Expedition
Date: Thursday, May 24th, 2001
Time: 9:00pm, CST
Starting Location: High Council Office in Magincia, Felucca Facet; Coordinates: 42* 27' South, 164* 52' East

Dear citizens of Britannia,

My thanks go out to all those who helped make the last Britannian Archaeological Expedition, a month earlier, a great success. Many brave warriors defended the party as the expedition reached the depths of Khal Ankur's tomb, recovering treasures, artifacts, and information. Among the recovered items were many of the journals written by the crew of the earlier, failed expedition, which was led by Lysander Guthwale. Of greatest importance however, was the recovery of a small portion of Lysander's personal notebook, a text which contains the clues needed to continue many of his own intended archaeological explorations. Guided by the clues in Lysander's notebook, I intend to launch another archaeological expedition in search of a powerful, fabled artifact, called the Wyrrkel's Gaze. Due to the dangerous nature of the artifact, more details on it's appearance and location will only be revealed to those meeting for the expedition in the High Council office.

Those brave citizens who wish to join the quest for this artifact, please arrive at the High Council office, Felucca Facet, Magincia (The North-Western-most building of the main town square) at 9:00pm, Central Time. There more information will be given on the item and it's location, and shortly afterward, a party will leave to locate the artifact. Although the High Council office is located in the Felucca Facet, the expedition will be held primarily in the Trammel Facet, so citizens wary of the dangers held in Felucca need not stay away. Trammel Moonstones will be provided if required.

Any questions may be sent to me, at: [email protected]. Again, I look forward to seeing the faces of the many noble citizens of Britannia on Thursday. Thank you.

Sincerely,
Lady Aine Blackwood,
3rd Seat, Yew
High Council of Britannia

PS:
I realize that many of those who visit the Silver Arrow consider themselves not to be citizens of Britannia. Please disregard my use of the word citizen in this case, and feel welcome to attend as friends and neighbors to the city of Yew.

Aine
