Archery Contest at Domingo's Pride

You might be the best there is at shooting at a simple archery butte, but can you hit a target while moving on a boat? If you can, you probably should've been a pirate, and you should definitely come for the Domingo's Pride Archery Contest on Sunday, May 20th starting at 9:30 PM CST. The winner of the contest takes home 25,000 gold. The rules are simple:

The target will be on a stationary boat, and contestants will be sailed past it one by one. The contestant who hits the target with the most number of arrows will be the winner. Contestants are allowed and encouraged to move around the moving boat to keep the target in range for the longest amount of time possible.

Only non-magical bows will be allowed to ensure fairness and minimal damage to the target.

If there is a tie for the winner, contestants will be taken out again with slightly different rules, such as a longer time to shoot at the target.

If there is any interference such as a water elemental blocking the path of the boat or attacking the contestant, that boat run will be restarted to ensure fairness.

The target to hit on the stationary boat will be announced shortly before the contest begins.

Think you've got what it takes to battle on the seas? Come and prove it!

Domingo's Pride Tavern is open Thursdays, Sundays, and Mondays from 8 - 11 PM CST. If you don't have a rune yet, check the map.
