The wait

Rhaessi paced nervously in front of the shrine. She had never liked this dead world and being here now made her uncomfortable. But he needed her help and she was determined to help him find those secrets that haunted him. So she had followed him here, to this dead lands. And she had returned as he had requested to wait for him.

Yet the longer she waited the more she dreaded he had been detained. So she penned a short note and left it with her hawk near to the shop where he had camped.

"Griegan,
I waited as long as I dared. Please send my hawk to find me when ye find this note.

Yers,
Rhaessi."

And with that she carefully left the apparently abandoned town of Spiritwood and made her way to the moongate that would return her to the lush world she called home.
