The ruby colored facet gate opened and a dark figure stepped through, dropping to the
soft ground below him. His body was merely a silhouette in the moonlight, his long hair
blowing in the cold breeze. As he looked towards the west gate of the town, a pair of dark
eyes fixed themselves to the faint glow a pair of braziers. Ian thought to himself of how
these two lights seemed to posses the only life left in this desecrated town of Honor...The scales on his armor seemed to emit an eerie glow as he approached the town gates.
Ian pulled his midnight colored cloak around him tightly, attempting to ward off the
increasing cold the town seemed to bring to him. He reached his hand behind him and drew forth his bow, notching an arrow into the string
and started to pick up his pace. In a few moment he reached a full sprint, dashing into the
town. His dark eyes shimmered in the moonlight, fully aware of everything around him,
dead and alive. He could smell the stench of death that reeked from the town, the blood
stains still tainted the sandstone.
His feet barely touched the ground, making only the faintest of noise as he moved about
the town. He could see his destination before him, in a back alley-way. He inhaled deeply
and jumped, landing where he intended and here is where he was no more...nothing left
but a trail of dust. Ian crouched in the shadows thinking to himself, this is where he
would stay and watch. Another quick thought passed in his mind, "How did I ever end up
here? I'm a crafter, not a warrior."
...a quiet laugh could be heard from the alley that night.
