More information on the house

Just some more information on the house. It is the smallish house directly behind the Silver Arrow, next to the Salty Deamon. The house has 1265 lockdowns, and is 9 spaces deep, 13 wide (when including the outside steps). The value of the house is 198,500, so I would like to sell it for that much, but price is negotiable.. I mostly want it to go to the right person.

I dont want to sell it to someone I don't know or who doesn't have a recommendation from an elven leader.
