I thought it prudent to make TGC aware of the following expedition, which I will be leading for the Vesper Museum, to the underground necromantric academy of Bedlam.

As part of the quest obtain entrance to Bedlam may be repugnant to elves, you may wish to contact me (the means of doing so are listed below) for assistance with this part of the quest.

Bedlam Champ Spawn, Jan. 9, 2006, 9pm Eastern

On Monday January 9th, 2006, at 9pm Eastern/8pm Central (immediately following the weekly community meeting), I will be leading an expedition to do the Bedlam Champ spawn. I was asked to do this as part of a series of expeditions on behalf of the Vesper Museum.

Meet at the Skara Brare Community Center.

This is not the same as the Grizzle, the "Peerless" of this dungeon.

The Bedlam Champ spawn is in a crypt, underneath the graveyard.

You enter through a stairway in the circled building on this map of Bedlam:

To enter Bedlam at all, you will need to do the quest described here:

You should only need to finish through Step 3 to enter Bedlam.

Please do this before the night of this expedition.

Very little is known of this spawn, which is why the Museum has asked me to lead this expedition.

This will be very dangerous. For example, level 2 consists of plague beasts and bog things. And that's just level 2. I have no idea what lies beyond that. I have no idea what the Champion is, what rewards, if any, that it gives.

We will need massive numbers. If we don't have appropriate numbers, we'll be unable to do this.

Based on what I've seen so far, mages are of special use, but keep in mind that I've only seen through Level 2.
