Elven Grammer Questions

Trying to form a few elven phrases, wondering if I am understanding it correctly. If I have them incorrect could you please give me the correct version?

Common: Circle of Destiny
Elven:"Cor en Maranwe"

Common: Sword of the Windwalker
Elven: "Megil en Vana Sul"


Also I am unable to find a word for weapon. What would the common phrase Weapons of Destiny be in elven?
