*sighes deeply and looks at the three cradles* Well this is going to be a busy life raising three babies at once. But i'm sure you're going to be fine Isil, after all you're strong." Illisse notices after spending a few days at the village just to make sure that the babies and me would be fine. "Have you thought about my proposal, being their aunt and uncle of honor?" I ask, hoping i would not offend her. "*thinks a bit* I feel honored but are you sure? I mean aren't there any parents who..."
"*shakes head* no, Gonfindl's parents have died many years ago and mine are at the Valley of the Flower Fairies. They are informed about the birth but have send word that they aren't able to come over. Dad has broken his ribs. And as I said before, I can't think of someone else who deserves it more than you do. *looks at Valandil* my husbands and I have discussed this and are agree that you two are the best options, Lindor already has agreed to be their godfather." I speak while trying to get out of bed. Lindor nods and then looks at both elfs. "*smiles* ow come on, think of all the stories that we can tell them, when they are a bit taller and older..." Lindor urges. Valandil looks at his love and I notice the pain in his heart. Convinced that they'd never agree I sigh deeply and then look at Illisse "it's alright, I can't force you to..."
"*shakes head* I'm agree, to be their aunt of honor, altough I can't visit them often..." Illisse says. I take her hands in mine and then smile "that ain't necessary, it seals the magical bond that will keep them from harm. With you two as their family of honor, they have a guardian watching over them, protecting them whenever it is necessary." I explain to both who look rather surprised. "*smiles warmly* i'll explain it, when children are born here, the parents choose two or three people of town to become 'family of honor' after being agree, they confirm the life of the child and bring a guardian to life which the child has received before birth. the guardian remains invisible to all eyes, yet remains with the child until it has reached its maturity. until then, the guardian will keep the child safe from harm, when the parents fail...that is the reason why there are so many orphans in the nearby towns. Last week the town of Phirashal was raided by a bunch of Wild men...many parents lost their lives but the children are still alive, and are gathered to be taken to the orphanages where elders will take care of them." Golradir explains while packing a large bag. "*looks at me* aren't you scared that the orcs will find this town too?" Illisse asks a bit nervous.
"*shakes head* no, not at all, for this town is protected by more than this valley. You see, Oleria and Landin are the SecretKeepers. Which means that as long as they remain silent, no one will find this town." I respond while Lindor looks interrested at the large bags. "*laughs* hey these are for on the way home, sweetmouth... besides haven't you eaten enough? You and Valandil ate at least 10 of them last night." Gonfindl says amused while adding a few bags of wine and water to it. "*pats tummy* well your pies aren't exactly heavy..."
"*grins* Lindor, do you wish for them to remain on your stomach for weeks?" Valandil asks amused while gazing at Illisse. "*shakes head* eh no, but...you can keep eating them without growing tired of them...get my point?" Lindor responds. Both Golradir and Gonfindl laugh amused and take the bags outside to a waiting Zhepphyr who blows loud and then yells "oh no, I'm not a flying Tavern!!!"
"*yells from the bedroom* ow cut it out you grumpy dragon, these are my best friends and i don't want to starve them while you fly them back to Tel'Ruid!!"
"*sticks head trough the window* Well Isil *notices the three little bundles* ow? Ow? OOOW?! what have we here...three little fellows? *sniffs* and one with a dirty diaper I'm afraid...*grins*" Zhepphyr notices as Saelbeth begins to whine. "*giggles* never a dull moment" I respond knowing too well that it hurts Valandil and Illisse more than they want to show. "*nods* give Saelbeth to me I'll change his diaper, you go and say goodbye to your friends..." Golradir notices before I follow my friends out of the bakery. "*embraces her* Illisse thanks for your help here, I were scared to tell you the truth, scared that something would go wrong, but you really gave me comfort..." I whisper.
"*shakes head* it were nothing honest, I'm glad that you still decided to call out for me." Illisse responded. Before hopping onto a muttering Zhepphyr. Meanwhile Valandil looks around and searches for Lindor "*sighes* now where has he gone to?"
"*grins* probably to say a last goodbye to the ladies of the bath house?" Gonfindl responded amused. "*giggles* the past few days he has taken more baths than any of us take in a month..." i notice before laughing a bit.
"*looks quizzically* are you sure about that? the baths I mean..." Gonfindl then asks causing Valandil to laugh out loud. At that moment Lindor rushes over to the dragon, his face a bit smirked with lipcolour. "*grins* saying hello to the ladies again?"
"*blushes* eh yes, but I came to realize that it were time for us to go...*climbs upon the dragon* well Isil, I'll send you a few gifts when I'm back at home.."
"*nods* thanks Lindor but that ain't needed, Illisse, Valandil take good care of yourselves alright?" i say before the mighty dragon takes off and carries its passengers to their hometown. "*grumps* thank you for choosing Dragon Air inc. please fasten your seatbelts and keep arms and legs inside 'till this dragon has come to a full and complete stop.."
"*looks at Illisse* has he gone nuts?"
"*lifts shoulders* must be the air up here, Val."
"*looks behind* meals can be taken any time, but in case of airsickness, I'm not responsable for the cleaning..." zhepphyr mutters before flying away from the town. I look at them and giggle while they vanish into the horizon.
