Well, I think to use the Elvish language you might have to consult Christopher Tolkien and his company. I'm not sure on the technicalities and legal copyrights...

Regardless, the Elvish found on this site, although extensive, is not exactly Tolkien's Elvish. It is a simplified version intended for roleplaying.

Again, I'm not sure what course of action would be appropriate to take, but perhaps someone else knows. At any rate, best of luck with your book. *smiles*
