The Fall of Umbra

Lucky, stumbled into his home. He was bruised and bloody from head to foot. The battle at Umbra bank had went badly to say the least. �Damn Edan�s!� Lucky swore. �A perfectly good plan shot to hell.� If they would have only listened to the elves when they were told to keep their forces on the bank roof and to defend the lone staircase. But instead the humans had spread out, there rank fell and scattered and the larger opposing force had a field day. Lucky had stayed as long as possible trying to regroup the edans but to no avail finally he had left the city to the dead. Now his only concern was that of the other elves. During the confusion and chaos they had all been separated. Lucky said a quick prayer that the others had been smart enough to leave when the stupidly of the edans had become evident.
