Warning all who should know

My friends, I do not know how many of you on this page are actual believers in the old ways, nor do I know how many of you are humans claiming to be elves and half-elves. I, myself, am a half-elf. And i come with warnings to all my brethren. I am sure some of you have felt it, as I have, a coming of darkness, almost as if the trees themselves wish to burrow into the Earth. Indeed the forces of this world that threaten mortals and Elven kind alike are making themselves known again. I, like the lord Elrond of the Lord of the Rings, have the gift of foresight. I have forseen what is coming, and I fear for all the life of this planet. The dark forces of this world are awakening. Take heed if you would save those close to you, though Elves may survive this, many mortals will not. Prepare yourselves, for it will not be the armies of this world that defeat this evil, it will not be the bullets and bombes, or the technology. But the ancient steel of swords and the protection of armor and shields. Please, if there are any who believe me, take heed and sharpen your swords!
