HELP!!!Elven Alphabet?

ok, question here, is there an Elven Alphabet? If so, why not put it up? you could always make up new words that way! thats including the verbs/grammer etc.. then there you have it! new words!
Erm, and are there more, more often used words? Like I, the, My, you, me, us, we, after, before, today, yesturday...etc...
