Note: This is mostly OOC, but does reflect the thoughts of my character as well.

I've attended what classes I could, and gone on the hunts too, so i finally decided to write up a synopsis of what I think of this as a student. Now, granted, I've had a bit of RP experience before UO so I think a bit of the basic stuff covered is boring, but then again, it's very helpful and reinforcing. Many of my bad habbits were mentioned and i've worked on correcting them to a point of where i use the "proper methods" both IC and OOC. On the aspect of teaching elvish, i can't say I'm really learning too much more than I know, but i've also used the Tel'Mithrim dictionary for a few years now for my own purposes. The words and phrases we're covering are extremely basic and I've heard them all quite often. There's nothing more disruptive to a plot than having an elf that is supposed to know elvish stop and ask what a simple word means like "lle, amin, quel, etc". Languages come easy to me, but either way what is being covered is very simple, and not many words. Thinking back to all that i've seen in play before, it really is a whole lot less than what would be most helpful. Moving along here, all of the teachers are increadibly nice and I've had only good experiences with them. I almost always come back to a pidgeon with some sort of bright message from Tyl or Lucky. Where I may not get pidgeons a whole lot from Gal or Elean, it's made up completely in game. Gal is a great teacher and is very informative. Elean may not be around as much as the others when i'm online, but when he is it is well-known. Finally there's Lucky, who has put increadible amounts of effort into making this work. He's a great teacher trying to get points accross that are usually issues. -All- of the teachers are in great spirits every time I talk to them and it has really made this a joy. At first I thought it would be completely boring and very tedious, but the four of them are working really hard to make this fun for us and we owe them a lot for putting the amount of time into it as they are. Diola lye, Shalafir.
