It's called Tengwar. Look for it on the fonts page. Note also that elves rarely use it, by and large preferring the Roman alphabet.

Lle na (or naa) creoso.

In English, by the way, it's not "Your Welcome." It's "You're welcome." 'Your' is possessive. 'You're' is a contraction of 'You are.'
