Pronoun Creation

I am A d&d Forgottn Realms player, and am desinging a campaign. While looking for usful material I found you site. Anyway, using the Elven Language I have ceated the following Pronoun for a regional name:

Ithilmendor: Land of the Moon in the Night Sky

Is this an acceptable conjugation, please respond.
