No, "#8252" is not a word. It was an ALT code I used that isn't supported in this message board, apparently. And yes, this is Sindarin, though my first post did have some incorrect mistakes in it.

I posted here just because I must say that many people come to believe that your "Elvish" is the actual one, and are then crushed to find that it is, in fact, not. I place quotations around "Elvish" as there is no tongue named Elvish at all, though usually refers to Sindarin. I must agree my last post wasn't exactly the best way to prove my point, but alas! It has been posted.

There are about 2443 attested Sindarin words from J.R.R. Tolkien that are known to the general public; isn't that quite enough to speak regualrly as the EWlves would with it? The grammar of Sindarin is also much more advanced than the grammar of your Elvish, if I may say so. Sindarin could be spoken as an average language, in my mind. I could probably have posted all that I just have now in Sindarin, other than, of course, "ALT code". Unless the Grey Company Elvish has a word for "ALT code", I'm not at all impressed.

All I'm saying is that learning Sindarin is a much better and rewarding way of speaking Elvish. Grey Company Elvish got me about a year ago, but in less than 3 days I was lucky enough to find the true thing. I'm sorry if I may sound a bit hateful, but I'm just deeply in to Tolkien and even more-so in to language. Nin díhenathach?
