This is my life Story

I don't remember how it all began. To tell you the truth, it could have bit me in the ass and I would have missed it. See, in 1450 AW(After War) the Council of the Lands decreed that all former land owners and Strongholds are to be stripped and become property of the Council. I wish I weren't so stubborn. Me being a friend of a Stronghold General, I couldn't take things lying down. But I guess I'm going too fast ehh? Here's what happened from begin to end...
In 203 BW (Before War) the Council of the lands took their goal as they conquered the last remaining Geni Stronghold. I was Captain of the twelth regiment at the time. What a thrill it was. On the day of December 5th my regiment marched up the side of a mountain called the Cyprus Mountain. I suppose that's where it all started. The snow crunched beneath our feet as we walked. We were all Elves and very adaptable to cold and warm weather. The sun reached out and blew a warm breeze at our faces. Our cheeks faded from the redish color and then back into the magenta tint.

I heard my General, Nivek, call out from the front lines, "We are about to reach the Outer Mines! Archers, take your posts... don't leave a survivor."

I didn't like the take no survivors story, so I butted in, "General! We do not need to kill all of them. There may still be women and children in the mines!"

"I am under strict orders to eliminate any hostile creature in the premisice...and right now you are getting a little hostile. I suggest you get back to your post," the jerk of a General finished.

"Yes, sir," I finished bluntly and turned to return to my post.

(to be continued...tell me if you want the rest of the story)
