I've been enjoying your site for quite some time now. You guys have a very good system of Elvish.

I had two quick questions I was wondering if you could help me understand:

1. Negation -- How do you do it? Do you always use "uum-" (for "do not") before the verb? Or is there some structure I am missing.

2. In Quenya, sometimes an accent is placed over a vowel to show it long sound. Do you ignore these rules in Tel'Mithrim Elvish?
