Maya is right it must be an error that the code is marked as expired. Yet, since you live so far from the states I suggest that you e-mail then rather than calling them, which is probably rather expensive *Smiles*

On a second note I am glad to hear that you have found good use for the map.
I hope all things sort out for you over time.
