*Seats himself beside Sahtrius. Edge seems a little more drunk than usual*

Edge:
Well Sahtrius I think I know what you mean, but let me tell you from what I have concluded from my own travels throughout many different worlds:

"Race means nothing, Personally means something, but in the end only kindness matters."

Sahtrius:
What are you talking about?

Edge:
What am I talking about? Well, all the races be it humans, elves, dwarves, Hobbits, Bobbits or Fuzzies or whatever they are, are all full to the brim with arrogant, ignorant, greedy and unpleasant specimens.

Yet, then when you think there is no hope left you suddenly meet one of those unique persons, who in an instant show you what everything is about.

Sahtrius:
Are you talking about love? Soulmates and such?

Edge:
He he I am not talking love here sir. No sir, I am talking about the whole picture here and my experience has been that though love is all you need, then it is still not the whole picture. You know, just like one's pack always ends up stuffed with things one does not need?

*Grins and gulps down his Fay Wine*

Ah well Sahtrius, you have probably tired upon my chatter already sir, so I will leave you to your thoughts again, but take my word sir:

"In the end only kindness matters"

To Hyloth with the races and their endless quarrels about bloodline and heritage. In the end only kindness matters, but do not expect the races to understand that Sir.

Sahtrius:
Why do you think they would not understand that?

Edge:
Well sir, simply because they are far too busy about finding out what sets them apart from everyone else. I mean who has time to be kind when you all the time has to think about why you are different? Nay do not envy the races. They have their hands full.

Sahtrius:
Full?

Edge:
Aye good sir. Full their hands are, full of themselves. But do not spread the opinions of this conversation too much around sir. You see the worst thing you can do to the races is to talk to them about races. They hate nothing more.

Sahtrius:
Why is that?

Edge:
*Grins* Well sir, they fear, that during the conversation it might show that they themselves are not too different from others. Think about that! All your life you have spent telling yourself about how different you are and then you discover, that you are just as lowly as anybody else. *Winks*

Ah, well I am a chatterbox and I do admit that I have had a drop too much Fay for tonight sir.
I better go and sleep it out. I may be a fool, but think about it sir. You must go through a huge quantity of meetings before just one of them proves to hold anything except disappointment.
It?s the way of the world and a mighty strange world it is I agree.
