It is unfortunate that one of our number must leave, though if we really love our friends, we cannot be selfish to keep them with us, and we must let them be happy to go where they will.

I too, am sad that you will be leaving, though I have known you would do this for a few months since you told me. Nothing i could do to dissuade you from this, so i did not try further to delay the inevitable.

May the leaves of your life never turn brown.
