(Needless to say, this post is OOC.) There is not currently a "biggish enemy" in UO, at least not one that is given to us by OSI. There WERE the following: Mondain, who was defeated prior to the start of the UO timeline; Minax, who was Mondain's lover and apprentice (she took over Felucca and controlled it, which made us create and move to Trammel, but then her hold over Felucca was broken, and Felucca is now a desolate no-man's land); Blackthorn, who was once a great philosopher and nobleman of Britannia, but his lust for power made him turn evil (he is reportedly dead); and Exodus, who was a mysterious entity to whom Blackthorn answered, it seemed (he's just gone away mysteriously it seems; nice of him). There's currently no OSI-run storylines, plotlines, or villains in UO. There are, however, SEVERAL pretty nifty role-played, player-run scenarios, plotlines, and villains in UO. More can be found out here, or on the UOLS.net message boards. When events aren't canceled left and right for OOC reasons, a lot of them are pretty nifty. -Galen's player |
