We do answer people's questions. We also all have jobs, families etc that are priorities in our lives. We are not round the clock paid information services. We have incredibly large numbers of people pass through the sight. Sometimes I get rude and that is wrong of me but usually we are quite patient. To be honest if the question seems sincere it gets answered but when it seems like someone just spamming the board well......
