My story...
Ahh yes... I could go on for hours, such a topic as my past keeps me thinking for a great while. But i shall not tell the long story rather, the candy coded one *smiles*. I am a young half-elf born into a small family tree. My mother was elven and my father was but a simple squire mage. Of my parents past i do not know well, they had me, my twin brother Blair and my older brother Joseph. My fathers old age had cought up with him, he had a desease, that of witch i do not know, but i do know that my mothers people could help him. so they left the shores of yew, leaving joseph, who was nearly three times our age, to look after us untill they had returned. Sadly my parents have vanished with the few memorys im left with them. They left little information on themselfs...or who i was. At the time me and my twin Blair where only 5 years of age. Left to learn on our own...*Sighs* Years pasted like days, before i knew it i was 12, and my skills in magery would of made my father proud. It was time for me and my twin to be left agian, my brother joseph who was now 31 was too old to look after two kids, he wanted a life of his own, that of witch i do not blame him. So he left us with the little things he had, out side northwestern yew in our little cabin. It didnt take long for Blair to want to leave too, when it was our 13th birthday we decided it was time to go our seprate ways, he was off to work his tailoring skills in britain, while i would travel to yew and see what work i could find. Yew soon was overrun by the jukas, and it happend at a bad place in my life. I was homesick, Ive had been alone for almsot a year now... that is when i left yew and headed to skara brea, and where i learned of taming and the bardic skills. I meet a Very smart, Very talanted old women, of who i called, Miss Dalorian, although her real name i never thought to ask, for that is what she told me to call her. She was a wealthy single lady, in her 60's. Her husband had died serving the royal guard in battle. She taught me the finer skills of taming, and that i could find friends and help in nature. She passed away when i was 14, at the time i wasnt sure if anyone i knew would ever live in my life for more then a year *chuckles and sips his wine*. Well now the time had come that i go off to britain, i took what little things had, most of witch where cloths givin to me by Miss Dalorian. In Britain i felt out of palce, to me it seemed that the many warriers and merchants and mages all had a place in this new world but me. Needless to say i hated Britain. I liked it better when i was at peace in nature, not looking for work in a popualted city. So that is how i found Tel'Ruid. I was travling up the coast, not expecting to find but a few cabins. When i saw it...faries playing in the wood, young elves praticing archery, good folk...not found anywhere else. This was my kind of people i thought to myself...But would they accept such a half-elf who has no knowledge of his heritage or ways? I didnt know...and for the time being i didnt want to find out. For a few weeks, I camped along the forest outside yew, thinking of what i should do. I had made up my mind, first impresions arnt that bad...So that is my story, my life alone i hope will come to a end, one day i hope i can learn about my heritage and join the elves of Tel'Ruid. (OCC-i play UO on LS and have meet a residence of Tel'Ruid, i think this is by far the best guild and i hope to join it one day, untill then i hope i'll be seeing you all soon *smiles*)
