As the black closed over her all she could think of was she hoped Lucky and Q would be alright, she had to talk to them and if they died it would be hard.> Lucky rode to the mountain pass with no sigh of Morion or the drow who took him. Giving up in frustration Lucky headed back to the Silver Arrow. Upon arriving at the Arrow Lucky saw Q’wellen and Tyl. Before he could tell his news Tyl screamed in pain and crumbled to the grown unconscious from a blast of magic. There stood two Drow a male and a female. Quickly Lucky and Q’wellen sprang into action. Q’wellen danced the song of the bladesinger, his steel flashing in the sunlight while Lucky fired his bow with lighting speed. One of the attackers fell quickly. The other drow proved too skilled in magic and both Lucky and Q’wellen were hard pressed to even fight her to a draw. Both of the brave elves sighed in relief when she finally withdrew back into the forest. Checking on Tyl they found her unconscious but not badly hurt. Lucky searched the dead drow for clues and found a scroll with the following message. “Our scouting party stumbled on and captured Morion Kuu. We have orders from the Matron Mother to deliver him to the Lord of the Abyss. We are leaving for the Sorcerer’s Dungeon immediately to deliver the prisoner in exchange for the daemon’s help in the coming assault on Tel’Ruid. As yet the elves know nothing of the secret, they still think their sacred Tree was unchanged. Keep up as much pressure on the glade of the elves as you can. If they remain distracted we may succeed beyond our wildest dreams. Praise to Lloth, all victory is her doing.” Lucky gasped as he read. I must get this to the council and the Ostar. “Q’wellen make sure Tyl is all right I must ride.”
