We don't use a Grey Elven language of which I am aware. We simply use our own, "Tel'Mithrim Elvish," which is a combination of Quenya, Sindarin, Gold Elvish (think Forgotten Realms) and various other Elvish dialects. (OOC, I think we also included some near-straight Finnish or Welsh in there.)
