Shades of Orange pink and mauve stretched across the twilight sky. The breeze was cool and refreshing. Copper liked almost everything about this time of day. Everything except the feel of the dew on the grass. It slipped onto the soles of her green sandals making the walk slippery. She never enjoyed the dampness. It brought back bad memories.
Tyleina was pointing to the new Arwen.
"Drogo try to help her while Copper, Joi and I scout about. There may be more of the brainless bullies lurking behind the Fae Tower."
Copper took note of the poor balance of the Kryss and the craftmanship of the armour the young one wore. She made a note to get her a weapon with better balance. Perhap she would even embue it with a bit of Elven magic. She could not imagine armour that let the blow of a headless damage the wearer. She shook her head thinking that in the morning she would solve that!
Behind the Fae tower the air was fresh and scented with the many herbs, flowers and pines that the fae carefully tended. A big smile crossed her face thinking about the beauty of the rooftop garden. All felt as it should be when Copper was near the tower. It always brought a soothing calm and sense of total peace to her. She looked about for the others...........
