Galethien nods and places her chin in her hand smiling. Looks into the leaping flames of the fire. Listening as Tahlemaryn begins to strums the lute."Here is one of love, adventure and a little bit of my travels"
"Upon a sunny day, into the woods she did go,
Light of heart and joy, to search for roots.
Deeper and deeper in the forest she went,
Where danger could lie in shadows so deep and drawn.
As the sun headed down, her way she did lose,
Confused that she was the wrong path she did go.
The night came over, casting dark woods,
In the night's chilled air, wolves sang the song of hunt.
At the end of a path, She did see a head,
A faint light glowing, cutting into the night.
Upon a clearing, she did stumble,
As the howls came closer and closer behind.
In the clearing, a wood cabin stood,
A man she did see with sword drawn.
The battle was fierce, as on it raged.
Lifeless wolves on the ground did lie.
Alwvyan in awe and wonder,
This man his name to she did seek,
Tiehar she whispered upon her lips
As her heart was filled with sweet love.
The days and times short they were,
As in the woods, secret love they did met.
When ever the chance they became,
Time precious and dear to heart
Then one day, a babe to be born
From a love that that was forbidden.
Cast out in shame from family and friend
And a lover Tiehar there be no more.
Taught of the bow, Uncle Owedd insisted
Taught of the animals and their way.
Of herbs, roots and potions
These things known to our way of life.
Contented days soon came to an end,
As sickness came upon Alwvyan,
And began her journey to the other world, Alwvyan
To find her true love waiting there for her.
So with this I left the woods
To search out my fate and destiny.
Which had been told through stories
Of one dear to heart.
The road that lead over the ocean.
Over hills, valleys and fields,
And through many towns I passed.
Traveling by day sometimes by night,
Many months and miles passed by,
And upon an Abbey I did stumble.
Great in the forest of Yew,
The brothers took me in with kindness.
After a few days of rest,
The brothers pointed the way.
Through the green of Yew forest,
The path that lay to Tel'ruid.
I saddled Elombor, set on my way,
Through the forest I did ride.
Upon a great clearing I did see,
Tel'ruid, at last my destiny."
Glances up to Tahlemaryn and Isilheledh and smiles.
"Tahlemaryn, you play the lute wonderfully."
