Well I'm not sure about the 'th' part of the name, but Galadriel is stolen from Lord of the Rings.

I think the name is Quenya, but I'm not positive. I think if this name is based on a language the th is an ending denoting some added meaning, like Eldisil means Elf moon, add an o and you get elf of moon. Sorry I can't be of more help, reply if you have any more questions.
