It started off as any other morning, as the young elf, Ariana, awoke from her bed at the Moonglow Hostel inn. And after getting prepared and fetching her giant bug, She opened a brown book with ancient markings on it and touched the page."Kal Ort Por" she said, as she spoke the words of power that took her to Tel'Ruid.

Upon arriving, she ran to the her favorite tavern, The Silver Arrow, jumped off her bug, and ran inside to see if anyone was there, and look at the messages posted on the inside of its door.

She looked through them, as always there was the usual things, the messages from the distant elf, Isilheledh. The announcements of the faraturas, and other such things.

This time however, there was a certain message, that was differnt from the normal ones, in large letters at the top of the paper,it read "Urgent Message..."

Brushing a long strand of blonde hair from her face, she took it from its place, and began to read it slowly. When she saw the name Galen, and noticing that the name of the one who left the message wasn't Galen, she was quick to get an uneasy feeling, and continued reading the message.

Reaching the second paragraph, she read "Galen has been taken by The Harrower." Upon seeing these words, the young elf's face seemed to turn as white as a ghost, tears filling her eyes and running down her cheeks.

"No........." she choked out, dropping to her knees.

"Galen... No......" she thought to herself, silently praying to the elvish gods that he was alright.

Gritting her teeth, she read through the rest of the message, and put it back on its place. A million thoughts seemed to go through her mind at once , memories of the kind man and dear friend who she had always looked up to. The man who had at one time, gone to great lengths, risking his very soul to help her.

She could not just let him suffer this fate, after all he had done for her in the past, she just couldn't. He was like a father to her, a father she never had. Always there for her in times of need, always providing a shoulder to cry on, even protecting her against enemies like Tristan Caster, and Relious Shade.

Ariana swore to herself, that she would save him from this fate, even if it meant her own death, she wouldn't let him suffer this fate. She wouldn't just let him die like this. Not if she could help it.

Standing up, her fists clenched in fury and determination, she wiped her eyes and face, now red from weeping, of the tears streaming down it.
Ariana bolted out the door, and jumped onto her bug, shouting out the words of power as she did so.She had to help her dear friend, there wasn't much time left.

"I'm coming Galen, even if it means my death, I won't let you suffer this alone. Please Corellon keep him alive..... She thought silently to herself, then yelled aloud. I'm coming Galen!!!
