Tel'Ruid would like to extend an invitiation to all the people of Sosaria to attend this week's Yavieba Festival. This festival celebrates the ending of summer and the change of Seasons, welcoming Fall. It is a time for great hunts, remembrance and reflection. Join us tonight for fun and excitement as we Hunt the denizens of the land, test our archery, and prepare the way for our very own Elven Grove.

Scavenger Hunt - With a Twist!
Host : Galethien Elvade
Location : Meet at the The Silver Arrow Tavern for the first item/rune.
Start Time : 8:00 pm
Rules : Players are asked to group together in groups of 3, for safety's sake. This is a variation of a normal Scavenger Hunt, where hunting is actually the core of the contest! Each group will be given one of 4 locations, with a specific item to gather from the monsters there. They must find that item and bring it back to Tel'Ruid, where they will be given a second rune/item, then a third, and last a fourth. The three groups to return from their 4th location FIRST will be deemed our winners!

Prizes (for the entire team):

1st Place - GM Light Archer Armor crafted by "an Elven artisan" and a Power weapon of choice (for each party member).

2nd Place - GM Barbed Studded Leather Armor crafted by "an Elven artisan" and a Force weapon of choice (for each party member).

3rd Place - GM Horned Leather Armor and GM Weapons of choice, crafted by "an Elven artisan" (for each party member).

Archery Contest
Host : Glorfindle
Location : Meet at the Tel'Mithrim Hall to be ferried to the archery range.
Start Time : 9:00 pm
Rules : No magical bows allowed.

Prizes :

1st Place - 25,000 gold

2nd Place - 15,000 gold

3rd Place - 10,000 gold

Ritual of Awakening
Host : Talanithus Tarant
Location : The Temple
Start Time : Immediately after the archery contest.
Rules : This is a sacred ceremony for the Elven people, and as such, we ask that visitors please observe in silence. Parts of the ritual will be in Elven, but as much as possible has been converted to common, so that everyone might understand. It is entirely possible that the Drow might attempt to disrupt the ceremony, in which case the Elves will do their best to beat them off. It is permissible for outsiders to heal the Elves, but we ask that they do not heal the Drow.
