Galethien was upstairs rummaging through one of the trunks, hearing the front door burst open, "Galethien come here, I have something you have to see".

Closing the trunk and she headed for the staircase. Going down she met Victoria Rose halfway on the stairs. Galethien Putting her hands on hips.

"I know I know, I will try not burst through the door next time." Victoria Rose said with a innocent grin.

It was hard to be agitated, once she flashed that smile. That smile would melt even the hardest of hearts. Galethien noticed she had a small chest made of dark mahogany wood in her hands.

Handing the chest to her "Look what I have for our shop."

Opening the chest, the glistening of silver and gold caught her eyes. There were bracelets and necklaces with shimmering hues of rubies, sapphires, emeralds and diamonds, nestled in a dark blue velvet lining. Picking up one of the bracelets, looking closely at the strange markings.

"Where did you get this?" Galethien and Victoria Rose walked down the stairs, setting down the chest on the table.

"Your not going to believe this. But I went to the carpenter's in Skara Brae to pick up the sign for the shop, just as you told me too. One the way back here , old Smoky just stopped dead in the road and would not budge. I even got out of the wagon and tried to lead him. Climbing back up I noticed a pathway through the woods. Suddenly I had this urge to take the path. I shook the reins and Smoky turned on to the path. I followed the path for awhile deep in the woods." Victoria Rose stopped to take a breath "Then I heard this melodious tune drifting the through the woods and so I followed. Before long I came up on a caravan of wagons. There was a band of gypsies gathered around a fire. The music was lovely, I had heard of gypsies, but I have not actually seen any.

Galethien sat down the bracelet and turned her full attention to Victoria Rose, as a calming feeling ran through her.

"Tell me, was there a gypsy by the name of Alex?".

"That's strange, yes there was, in fact he is the one who gave me the jewelry. He said to be sure to give them to you. I offered him gold for them but he refused. How do you know him?"

Galethien thought for a moment and then told her the story of Alex.

"Gal, you know these jewels will be the perfect addition to our shop. Its not every shop that has wares made by gypsies."

"Uma, it will be good for business"

Quickly grabbing her hand "Come out and see the sign, it's perfect. It's exactly how you wanted it."

Victoria Rose and Galethien walked out to the wagon. In the back of the wagon there was a large cloth draped. Grabbing the corner of the cloth, she pulled it to the ground.
