Vampires and Elves (ooc)

Hello everyone I would like to ask all the vampire characters whoare hanging about outside Tel Ruid something. Why do you stay outside someplace no one wants you there. Then when I have Dor asking for donations for a vampire haven for vampires to rp...you always say no. I do not like these rules but they are fair. It is an Elven villiage for Elven rp. They elves opened it so they should be allowed to make laws they see fit for the best intrests of the people. I also see more people complaining about new good spots to rp (I was once one of them) that is because no one makes other good spots. Another reason for the vampire haven. So please, whether a vampire (for a safe place) or an elf (to bring elven rp back) please make a donation to the haven.
