Indeed some of the language material, and some other elements of this site, may be copyrighted (we are not selling anything for profit, we merely use it to dress up our elven culture).
Various sources may include the Tolkien estate, TSR (now owned by Wizards of the Coast), and Ultima Online -- as well as possibly a whole host of other publishing companies.
I believe it would be best, if you intend to profit from your writing, to be as original as possible and refrain from borrowing too much from other sources.
