I'm on Cablemodem, but my ping to LS hovers around 140-200 during high-traffic nights, such as last night. Timing is crucial for everything. Pounding on your Bandage macro won't help it go faster, and can actually slow the reaction time. Moving the brains while you have your bandage targeting cursor up is a MUST. Don't move the brains to their correct spot right away, just drag 'em away enough so you can heal the blood when it shows up, then put the brains in the right places.
