Here is what you get after all of that tricky surgery! You've got to be pretty quick if you're attempting it by yourself. We need to collect as many of these as we can to turn back the plague trees!

> This was lifted directly from the UO.com message boards. This is the procedure that you need to follow in order to get the plague beast cores that are needed for the plague cure.

> 1) paralyze the Lord

> 2) open the gump

> 3) use scissors on the all the stones(whatever they called)

> 4) heal with bandages immediatly by targeting the blood if some appears, you can also do the rocky type ones by cutting the veins but you can cause it to die if you cut wrong one.

> 5) after you see how many brains there are you need 3 or 4, if 3, remove the diseased gland and replace with healthy then open the green rock at bottom for the 4th

> 6) place each brain into the dish into the middle in its corresponding colour and use bandage on the blood after you remove it.

> 7) the middle will open up, use scissors on the ice white brain and voila its yours!
