and 5 travelors
risk their lives
to protect the few reamining
in habitants of the Keep
Gazeldor the unseen
a gnome
who knows the mysterious art of illusion
Jaguinne Greenleaf
A ranger of HavenWood
the land of elvs and druids
Talin Rodar
the remaining of the last Paladins
of EverMount
Zargon ebonscar
a brave dwarf
under the influence
of his great diety
Krego
and finally
a lizardman
whose body
was taken by a reincarnated soul
of the trinity
and a master
of the jin ju kai
recently
many travelors and merchants
had come up mission
miising
and this great crew was summoned
to investigate the horrors
of the Caves of Chaos
The travelors set out
one morning
the clouds hung low
and the rain made it hard for them to navigate
they followed the Goblin waters
as instructed
and within three hours
came upon a ravine
and 8 caves
dotted along the side
the climbed into the ravine
and cautiously crept
toward the lowre cabe
cave
where a chittering
small creature
huddled at the entrance
feasting on a caught meal
*crack*
the heavy armored leggings of the dwarf
interrupted this creature
its head snapped up
and woosh
the arrow of Jaguinne
hit it between
the two red eys
"SHH there may be more"
gayden the lizardman excaimed
as they tried to silently
slip unoticed into the dark passage
they followed the hall
where it branced into two directions
chosing the right they continued now with a lanter to
light their dangerous way
"ROOOOOOARRRRRRR'"
and the walls shook and pounded
as they turned behind them
trying to keep balance
a long
green
warty
slimy arm
reached around the bend
followed by a long
green
warty nose
and two blazing red eyes
it was indeed a troll
zargon raised his axe
"By Kregos Thunder!"
he swung at the arm
WOOSH
cling
not even a scratch
Pthewww
an arrow
penatrated the hand though
and sent the troll roaring back the other way
they followed and found that there had been
a scret passage hidden at the beginning
of the hall
and there
a long narrow rocky passage led
into a smelly lair
Jaguinne and Gaiden the lizardman
proceeded after the
brave dwarf
and at the end found a large muddy pool
and a raunchy smell
that filled their nostrils gagging them
"Where is it"
Jaguine poked an arrow
into the water
"ARGGGG"
the troll leaped up
and grabed jaguine
but before he could pull her under
gaiden quicly
pulled her free
the troll did
rip her armor though
damagering her will and health
as they turned back
into the front hallway
they heard gurgls
and a small army of hobgoblins had
hid themselves in the darkness of the left fork
figuring they would not attack lest the troll decide
to make a bountifull meal of them all
they remained there
and occasionally
a spear
would fly out
not really hittin ganyone
they decided they needed
better gear to take on this matter
and they returned to the keep on the borderlands?
oops
