How about a cooperative work detail?

In one of the guild meetings not too long ago, someone suggested doing a hunt for hides, ore or wood--the comodities. This really sounds more like something a dwarf would do for mithril, but it might help our tailors some, and who knows, I might get a new set of leathers out of the deal. *winks*

What: Friends of Tel'Ruid Cooperative Work Detail

When: Tonight, Firday, April 12 at 8:30pm CST

Where: Leaving the Silver Arrow and going to Despise.

We will fight our way to a good spot on the first level, setup a perimeter and kill Lizzies and begin stockpiling hides. Once we have control of an area, we can gate in pack horses to carry out the leather.

Lizzardmen also carry armor and weapons so if someone wants to try to pack those back to the smithy, we could smelt them down for ingots.

Miners might also find the ore in that area to be good. I don't really know, having never tried to mine it. Miners will of course be under our protection as much as possible.

Gold will be minimal, but the other items and the fun of doing it might make it worth while.

We could split the leather up among those who are tailors or who have tailors in the family, doing the same for the ingots.

Come join me.
